Terms and Conditions Auction Policies Wellington Motor Works reserves the right to cancel bids from customers with zero or negative feedback. If you do have zero or negative feedback, please contact us prior to bidding. Winning bidder must contact the dealership within 48 hours of the auction close and the purchase transaction completed within 7 calendar days. We reserve the right to re-list or sell the vehicle in the event of a non-paying bidder. We reserve the right to cancel all bids and end an auction early should the vehicle no longer be available for sale. If upon personal and/or authorized professional inspection of the vehicle at our facility, buyer finds a substantial discrepancy between the published report and actual vehicle, we will either correct the problem at no charge, or work out a compromise, or refund all monies paid. Payment Type Wellington Motor Works accepts Paypal for all deposits. We gladly accept certified bank checks, wire transfers or third-party financing. Please be sure to have full payment and/or approved financing in place BEFORE making your final bid. Returns Returns are allowed in the event the vehicle is shipped and you are dissatisfied. However, a 10% restocking fee applies and the return must take place within 7 days from receipt and the vehicle must have fewer than 200 miles difference upon return. Return shipping fees are the obligation of the buyer.
