For sale is my 2000 Mazda Miata 1.8 LS with auto transmission. I bought this car to take on a vacation to Savannah Ga. I did not tell my wife prior to purchasing it and after taking her on a little road trip last night she has made it clear the car is too small for use to drive 11 hours each way in. I'm going to sell it on ebay with hopes of recouping my investment. I bought the car from California with a crunched in door, bent fender and rocker panel, and cracked windshield, everything is now fixed and I have been driving the car to work and back, but I am 6'9" tall and the only way I can fit in it is to take the drivers seat out and sit on a throw pillow. With that being said the car has no value to me to keep it. I have a clear Ohio title in my name ready to be transferred to winning bidder. A $200.00 deposit on Mazda is required within 24 hours of the auction closing to cover ebays high fees. If winning bidder wants to pick up the car within 24 hours the paypal deposit is not required. I want make it clear that if you examine the Miata and find I have not listed it accurately I will not hold you to buying it and will still leave positive feedback on your account. I know a lot of folks I sell to are concerned about potential scams regarding online transactions. Exterior: The car was hit in an intersection when prior owners were driving it. Title is clear, no accident recorded on it. I had to replace the door, door glass, and windshield to make it useable again. Since I thought we would drive this car on our vacation coming up in early September I hustled on the paint job and it didn't come out with a factory finish. Most people who say they did a bad paint job say its a 20 foot job; meaning it looks good 20 feet away. This paint job is a 5 foot paint job. If you simply look at the car, you do not notice issues, but if you start to examine the body, its becomes apparent. I had to weld a new rocker panel on the car as well and pull the raear quarter panel out and glaze it prior to painting. I took a photo of the area so all can see it. All lights work, tires good condition with aluminum wheels. Has good glass all around with rear glass that has defrost. Top in good condition. Drivetrain: Powered by a 1.8 four cylinder, it has an auto transmission with overdrive, limited rear slip, and good brakes. A/C blows cold, no odd noises, exhaust is quiet, no leaks, car only has 64,000 miles on it. Interior: Leather seats have general 10 year old wear, carpet is clean with no odd stains. Dash components all work including BOSE stereo, a/c and heater/ defrost all work. Power windows, cruise, etc. all work. All and all a great ready to use Mazda Miata ready to hit the open road.
