For Sale is a 1965 Ford Mustang 2+2 Fastback. This car will make a great project. It needs to have the floor pans re-done, other than that the car is actually in pretty good shape. Although not in the pics I have all of the seats. The fronts are in rough shape, rear are in pretty good shape. I believe it has the original 289 motor w/ 4 speed trans. The previous owner changed the Intake Manifold to an Edelbrock Torker and has removed the Carb. I'm in the process of trying to borrow a carb to see if it runs but no luck yet, I can tell you it does crank and turn. It has a 4-speed manual trans with a Hurst shifter. This car I am told came originally with a 289ci with a 2-barrel carb and a 4 speed trans. I assume drive train is original other than Intake and he put headers on the exhaust but I'm not positive. You can see in the pics most of the car is in great shape and has great potential. Feel free to ask any questions and I will try to answer the best I can. I am located in Lockport, NY and literally 2 miles from Mac's antique warehouse which is a large supplier of parts for these things. I have taken many pics and have described the best I can. It is also for sale locally and I reserve the right to end auction early if sold.
