This incredible 79 450sl roadster boasts only 66000 ORIGINAL miles and has just undergone a complete frame on restoration including mechanical, paint, new upholstery, visors, new soft top, (Hard top is included as well) chrome, shopped out original Becker am/fm casette player (For those old enough to remember casettes!!!), The engine and transmission are in great shape. She accelerates fast, shifts smooth, and handles like a dream for a 30 year old car. If you drive this car, you will instantly fall in love! In addition to the above,we have replaced the catalytic converter (with a high-flow cat that was about $300) and a tune up including all OEM parts (plugs, cap, rotor, etc). The exterior has been totally restored (might need some small chrome items in the future but all the major chrome was replaced, like the bumpers and windshield trim - the chrome and rubber for the bumpers alone cost $1500 - and the side body molding (another $500 - all original Mercedes parts - no after-market crap). I also had a custom wood/chrome steering wheel installed (another $800) - it had the Mercedes-Benz logo in the center and looks really sharp!
