1931 Ford High Boy coupe, an all steel original 1932 frame. Currently registered with Hawaiian license plates to Aug 2011. It was inspected by Hawaii State Division of Motor Vehicles Licensing and Permits Reconstruction Division and has a reconstruction permit emblem attached to the drivers door pillar. The car also has the current annual Hawaii safety inspection sticker. The definitive look for any highboy is based on the frame rails. This rod sits on original '32 rails that are boxed. The Model A front and rear cross members complete the nostalgic look. The rear cross member was fabricated in the old dirt track adjustable height style. The frame rails have been drilled with 2 ½ and 3 ½ lighting holes in the theme of the 60’s drag strip era race cars. The 3 inch dropped front axle has a Posies super glide reversed eye spring. The front axle is drilled as well as the wishbones. This car is driven daily; it is not a show car as can be seen in the photos. It is reliable, quick, fun and rowdy with a pull of the exhaust cut out lever.
