Seller assumes all responsibility for this listing. I've had this car since 2002 or 2003 and have put a significant amount of money into it. Everything but the interior has been restored. Engine was rebuilt in 2006 and that included the purchase of a new head. The exhaust manifold cracked and it sat for three years. I recently put a Stinger Header, downpipe, and blow-by valve on it. Here's a list of features and improvements I've made (not comprehensive): Volkswagon Indiglo Blue paint (Window trim and mirrors from a Cougar). The paint job was done right, car was stripped. Engine has less than 5,000K on it since rebuild. New head. New fuel injectors. Stinger Exhaust kit. Cherry Bomb muffler (still in box). New Turbochrger (slightly larger volume than stock, but builds the same pressure, and the new blowby valve is adjustable) New Clutch and transmission seals Rear axle rebuilt. New fuel pump and relay. Blaupunkt stereo and Sony 5 disc jukebox. New speakers front and rear. Power windows, seats, and antenna all work. What doesn't work and other issues Auto light dimmer Interior needs restoration No AC No Cruise Control The really bad news is that I just put the Stinger exhaust kit and new turbocharger on it and took it to the shop to have the exhaust finished and was told that there is water in the engine. This car is not running. I have not checked out the engine. The only thing I can guess is that it sat for too long. I have other projects and am tired of this one. This would be an excellent project for someone that was interested. If your still interested I have a ton of parts in my garage. Incuding enough trim of the right color to restore the interior and foglights/brackets from a 86 TurboCoupe. I also have a file folder very full of receipts. This could be a real steal for someone.
