1975 Suzuki GT550

Up for auction here is a GT550 year 1975 with only 6,600 ORIGINAL MILES. Clear title. Last registration 2001. I bought it from the second owner and it has been stored since then. ENGINE DOES START (no leaks), although it will need a tune up. Compression is even on all 3 cylinders. (120 +/-10 PSI) Brand new battery. Oil looks very clean. Clutch has plenty of life and it shift fine. Electric start works fine as well as the kick start. All the lights, turn signals, horn, etc., are good. Paint is faded but there are no dents in the tank. Exhaust system is solid. Some rust here and there, but it will clean up good. Glass on the gauges is faded. Seat cover needs replacement. Tires in good conditions. Brakes in excellent shape. Side covers have GT380 emblems but this bike is a GT550. This bike is an easy project (6 out of 10). If you are willing to invest time and give it some TLC, this bike can turn into a jewel. Suggestion: Please check how much the shipping will cost, before you make a bid.
