1963 Dodge 880 Custom Convertible. very rare car. Now has a 440 engine with a small cam. Runs great with no smoke or noises. Push-button auto shifts great with no issues. Brakes are in great shape. Runs and drives fine with no noises or vibrations. Tires are in great condition. Chrome rims do have some pitting. Needs carpet. The floors do have some sheet metal patches. The car does have some of the bodywork cracking on the drivers front fender. The frame is in great shape. The power top goes up and down fine. The rear windows zipper needs work and does not zip all the way around. From what I understand, these cars where built to take the place of the void left when De Soto ceased to exist- a full sized sports car. These are basically Chrysler Newports. It really does drive like a Chrysler should. It certainly isn't a perfect car but it is a fun car. You wont see another at a show or anywhere for that matter. No Battery is included so bring your own. This car needs nothing to enjoy top down cruising right now. You wont find an old good running, driving classic convertible that turns heads like this one for this kind of money.
