When I heard that VW was importing a limited supply of these gems to the U.S., I ordered this vehicle from the factory with upgrades that were important to me.It breaks my heart to have to do this, but economic times have hit hard in my home and I have to let this baby go. This roomy 4-door has given me a consistant 41 MPG city/highway, and it has not even been broken in yet. My 2002 Golf TDI shot up to 49 MPG when the odometer hit 25,000 miles. The seventeen inch tires and wheels add great handling performance, not to mention they look great with the splash guards on all 4 corners. On the interior, I opted for the Monster Mats and the Gorilla Gear protection in the rear. The windows are tinted all of the way around. The Sirius/XM Satellite Radio and mp3 connections give you lots of listening options. Bluetooth connectivity is great for hands-free cell phone use.
