This Chrysler is in excellent condition inside and out. It runs and drives like a new PT, and it comes with a nice selection of comfort and convenience features. This is a lifetime Florida car, so it hasn't seen the road salt and harsh conditions of northern roads. It has had just one previous owner. The exterior is in excellent shape. There are no noteworthy dents or dings, and the paint shines like new all around. Autocheck shows accurate mileage, and no accident history or any other problems. The interior is also in very, very good condition. There are no rips, holes or burn marks in the seats. This car is clean. The rear seat is also in great shape. The cargo area is roomy and versatile. You can fold down or remove the rear seats if you need extra storage space. A privacy shade/cargo shelf is included. It can be set at two different positions. This PT has some nice features: power windows; power locks; cold air conditioning; AM/FM/CD stereo with AUX input; tilt wheel; manual transmission, and much more. Please see the "features" chart near the top of the description. There is a trip computer / driver info center with compass and outside temp display. The books are with the car. The 2.4 liter runs very well. With just over 36K miles on it, its barely broken in and should continue to provide many miles of use and enjoyment. The tires have good tread all the way around. Autocheck shows accurate mileage and no problems whatsoever. Please note that this vehicle may be driven, and it may have a few more miles on it by the time the auction is over. This is to cover the cost of vehicle cleaning, phone calls, Fed-Exing of packages and other document handling costs. If a vehicle is not picked up within 10 days of the auction close, we reserve the right to charge a reasonable storage fee. We have experienced lost checks several times. We recommend that if you are sending payment, that you use registered, return receipt mail or FedEx. This is for you protection, as well as ours. Important tax info: If you are a Florida resident, you will be required to pay Florida's 6% sales tax and registration fees. If you are not a Florida resident, and you are are driving the vehicle away from our lot, you will be required to pay your state's sales tax up to 6%. If your state's sales tax is more than 6%, you will be required to pay the difference in your home state. If your state has no sales tax on motor vehicles, we will not charge you any sales tax. If you have the vehicle shipped, we will not charge you any sales tax (however, you will have to pay your state's tax at home). Canadian buyers: if you are picking the car up here in Florida, you must pay the state's 6% sales tax. If you ship the vehicle, you do not have to pay Florida tax, just Canada's import taxes. Legal Disclaimer: The parties agree to the following with regard to dispute resolution: Any disputes between the parties must first be addressed by mediation. The mediation must occur in Broward County, Florida. The parties will split the cost of the mediator. The parties must personally appear in Broward County for the mediation. If a party is a corporation, then only the President of the corporation or the corporation's highest ranking officer will satisfy the aforementioned appearance requirement for mediation. Representatives of the parties will not satisfy the aforementioned requirement. The aforementioned mediation is required prior to the initiation of civil litigation. If mediation does not resolve the dispute, then the parties agree that only the 17th Judicial Circuit Court for Broward County, Florida can resolve the dispute. The parties specifically agree that they will be responsible for their own litigation costs and attorney fees for mediation, civil litigation and appeals. The parties recognize that the State of Florida has laws which provide for the shifting of the burden of attorney fees. In the interest of reducing the risk and complexity of litigation caused by those laws, the parties agree to waive any rights they may have to attorney fees under those laws.
