Up for auction is my 2005 BMW 330XI all Wheel drive sedan. The car has been a commuter car for me for the past 2 years so I racked up the highway miles. I just received a company car and I no longer need this so this baby is priced to sell. I have taken into consideration a few issues with the car so that you may get them taken care of or not. I dont have the time I purchased this about 3 years ago as a CPO vehicle from BMW The car runs perfect!!!!! It still runs like a brand new car. Never overheats, no hesitiation in the motor and the transmission (tectronic) shifts nice and smooth. I did oil changes more than required by BMW. The car has a sunroof, xenon headlights, dual heated power seats and a cd player. The AWD works awsome in the snow!!!!!!!!!! I live up on a mountain and I was never dissapointed even with this years whollops of storms we got. Overall the car is very clean. There is no damage or rust on the vehicle. I have not waxed the car in over a year and it still has great color and shine. Ther are a few chips and scratches on the car I took pictures of. There is 2 semi long scratches on the driver door. That was when I cut a snow bank too close pulling in my drive way. There is a tiny chip on the back drivers side fender and a few chips on the hood. Thats all I could see. May be a few more but not noticable. overall I would give the outside a 6 out of 10 only because it needs to be buffed and waxed. Overall inside is great. The back is like brandnew. No tears or wrinkles in the leather at all. The front drivers side has some cracking due to my large a$% getting in and out of the car so much. The heated seats work hot and the AC blows cold. There is 3 preset seat functions with dual powered seats. Overall I would give the inside an 8 out of 10. Vehicle passed a NYstate inspection about 2 months ago. There was 40% left on the breaks so they will need to be changed in less than a year. The not so bad..... The car was in a accident last year. It was car vs cement post in a parking lot. Not fast or anything but I hit the cement post perfect with the tire area causing damage to the rim,fender, and suspension. The accident should show on a car fax and if it does not then you know now. It was completly fixed by the insurance company. This is a commuter car from the Catskills.....the roads did a number on my rims. 2 of the rims took some heavy pothole hits causing blowouts and minor damage to the rims. The issue is that there is a slight vibration in the steering wheel because of the dented rims. I had the car road tested by BMW. They replaced all 4 rims with new ones to show me that was the issue which it was. I just dont have the time or money to get them replaced. To be honest it doesnt really bother me that much, but for you you may want to get the rims fixed. Overall if your looking for a great everyday or winter car this is perfect for the price. YOu cant beat the reliability of a BMW. This is by no means a show car but worth every penny. I will be able to deliver this vehicle any where between the Amsterdam NY and Shelton CT.
