PLEASE READ THE ENTIRE LISTING PRIOR TO BIDDINGYou’re bidding on a VERY NICE 2001 Isuzu Trooper S 2WD SUV with 145,850 actual miles on it. I bought the truck from a Purple Heart Charity Auction to benefit the Purple Heart holders from the military. The Trooper is being offered with NO RESERVE, highest bid will win the truck! The truck currently has a transmission problem and it will drive around the lot and get on a truck for transport but it needs some attention prior to any serious road driving. Overall Condition I would consider the vehicle to be in "Slightly Above Average" condition based on the age, mileage, and visible wear on the vehicle, please read below for specific details. The Exterior The exterior of the Trooper shows great, please look at the pictures. The tan paint shows with a nice and deep gloss and gives good depth in the reflection off the paint. The truck does have a few minor dings (maybe 3 or 4), some minor scratches but no noticable body damage. The only exterior flaw on my truck is the truck could use a good coat of wax, dont get me wrong the truck still shows excellent and shines like new...but with a fresh coat of wax the truck would show much better. Overall I would consider the exterior of the truck in "above average" condition considering the miles and age fo the truck. The Interior The interior of the Trooper is literally a carbon copy of the exterior, and the cloth interior is in excellent shape and shows very minimal wear. The seats are in great shape and shows great, the carpets are clean and free from any major stains or imperfections. I do not have the factory floor mats for the truck but there is the rubber mat in the rear cargo area. The truck has NEVER been smoked in, and is a non-smoker therefore the are no burns and no odors of smoke. The only option the truck does not have is a sunroof, and the ONLY interior flaw is it could use a minor cleaning. Overall the interior is also in slightly above average condition and with some light cleaning would show a little better as well. The Mechanics The Trooper fires right up and runs out great, mechanically the truck is in 100% perfect mechanical condition and needs nothing mechanical (the engine needs NOTHING). The automatic transmission needs some attention and I do not know exactly whats wrong with it. Sometimes its works fine and other times it wont go into gear or acts like its in neutral, then all of a sudden it works like normal again. I have been told its the solenoids but I have NOT had it checked out. I have priced a used transmission with installation at $1000-$1200 worst case, so you can go from that.. The A/C blows ICE cold and all electrical power options work and function as they should including the power windows, mirrors and so on...The only needs it has mechanically is the transmission. Overall this is an excellent buy and there is no reserve so whoever is the high bidder wins it. I do however reserve the right to end the auction early as the truck is being offered locally for sale. Serious buyers are encouraged to call me and I do not think the truck will last long at the price Im willing to sell it for....again serious buyers call me. It is very expensive to sell vehicles on eBay so PLEASE do your "due diligence" before the end of the auction and inspect, test drive, and have the car looked at prior to the end of the auction. When the auction is over we expect payment as outlined in the "Terms of Sale" portion of this listing. Lastly, the cars offered on eBay are being offered at "wholesale" pricing which means our operation is not like your run of the mill car lot. In order to keep our pricing at the wholesale level we do not offer services like normal "retail" dealers. We do not offer airport pickup and the cars are delivered with a 1/4 tank of fuel, so please factor that into your bidding.Please add an additional $150 to your winning bid for documentation fee's. The doc fee helps offset the cost of clerical fee's like Fed Ex, UPS, and USPS when we send out the paperwork to you. If you dont like the doc fee please dont bid on our auctions, the fee is charged to eveyone...Including other car dealers.. Terms of Sale There is a 20% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit due within 48 hours of the close of the auction, and the remaining balance is due within 5 days of the close of the auction. Our auctions are 7 day auctions and run Monday to Monday so deposits are due in our office by the Wednesday following the end of the auction and remaining balance is due by the end of the week on Friday, unless other arrangements are made PRIOR to bidding. There is no exception to the deposit unless you plan on picking up the vehicle and paying in full within 48 hours of the close of the auction. We accept Cash in Hand, Cashiers Checks, Money Orders, and Bank to Bank Wire Transfers although our preferred method of payment is Bank to Bank Wire Transfer. No Paypal, personal or business checks will be accepted under any circumstance. At the end of every auction we will send you a confirmation email and prefer that you contact us by phone the day the auction ends to make arrangements for payment and pickup of your vehicle.
