This car was bought new from a local (New Cumberland) Pontiac dealership in June of 1987 and was the dealers personal demo/test drive car. Car has been garage kept and owned by older couple. Now being sold to settle the estate as the owners have passed away. 1-owner Car has only had about 1500 miles put on it in the past 4 years!!! ***Only about 6,000 miles since 2004 according to DMV and Autocheck report! ------Original and unmollested car with 54,000 ORIGINAL MILES documented through DMV, Autocheck and PA 1-owner title!! This is a beautiful 1986 Pontiac Grand Prix Brougham Edition Coupe with the 3.8L-V6 engine, TH Automatic transmission, power steering, brakes, windows and locks, rear window defogger, am-fm radio (original Delco!), tilt wheel, air conditioning, current 09/10 state safety and emmissions inspections, ALL original owners manuals, pamphlets, service/accessory booklets, etc.....Car also has the factory upgraded deluxe plush cloth interior, chrome trim and interior wood trim packages! Super sharp car!! Tires are all decent whitewall radials with some weathering on rears, they have about 50% tread left on them and the fronts were replaced about 1500 miles ago. Car was serviced in 2007 with about 53,300 miles according to oil change sticker.....ONLY about 1500 miles since then!! Interior is in great shape with only some minor/less than typical wear just from age and not so much use. No smells, not ripped up, nice seats, nice dash and nice door panels. Carpet is also in great shape overall. The only negative for the interior is the headliner is starting to sag at spots. Super clean overall and just in great shape for the age! Looks fantastic and is super plush and really, really comfortable!! Radio works, windows work and all glass is in excellent shape. A/C was blowing cold last week when I first started driving car but gradually got warmer through the past 100 miles....will need charged but is in working condition. Power locks do not always unlock properly (sticky button I believe). Body is in superb condition with no real rust or dents noticed! Super solid and straight body! Looks really great!! Frame, floors, trunk, spare tire area, crossmembers, mounts, etc.....ALL in excellent and original/clean condition!! These cars are known for rear frame rust and floor rot.....THIS CAR HAS NONE!!.....see pics! Great shape underneath! Paint looks great also!! Has some really minor/superficial dings/chips here and there I'm sure, but nothing really noticeable at all. Has great shine and a super nice/clean appearance! Not all faded out or flaking off like most.....Car LOOKS GREAT!!! Hard to find a nicer 86 in this nice of shape folks! Car starts up well and runs out super! Has no engine noises or smoke noticed and runs smooth and very quiet! Car idles good after warm up and revs up strong. Transmission shifts properly and car drives/handles on the roads like new!! Really a super nice, quiet and smooth driver! Car was inspected last year for the family and had new brakes and some new exhaust done for inspection. It seems to be a good, clean and tight driveline....no shakes, rattles or odd noises/vibrations. Has not been on the road much in the last 3 years and other than the oil change done 1500 miles ago, I do not know any other history or work done to it. I recommend changing fule filters and doing a tune up, just so YOU know when it was done and can keep accurate records. ******With only 54,000 Original miles, almost 25 years old and Pontiac no longer building cars.....this car is destined to become an even more highly desireable collectors car! She is a really sweet one that has not been all hacked up by kids or race car guys.....she is a true, 1-owner, older person owned and well kept Grand Prix! Sporty and very classy ride......best car Pontiac built in the 80"s!!
