IT HAS AN ON & OFF SWITCH THEIR TO WORK IT, ITS DIFFERANT! WE WILL PUT A BATTERY IN IT WHEN IT GOES! MY BROTHER UPGRADED TO SOMETHING WITH A/C! NEW TIRES & BRAKES JUST PUT ON IT! INSPECTED UNTIL NOVEMBER 2010 2 WHEEL DRIVE! GAS GAGE DOESN'T SEAM QUITE RIGHT! DUAL TANKS THE 2ND TANK HAS A LOCK GAS CAP ON & WE HAVE NO KEY FOR IT! THAT TANK WASN'T USED FOR A LONG TIME!
