This is being relisted because the buyer could not finance the vehicle. This is chassis #55 of the run of Shelby GT500E vehicles built by Unique Performance in conjunction with Carrol Shelby as a tribute to the movie Gone in 60 Seconds. This particular car has 2,700 miles on it since the complete ground up build by Unique Performance. It is equipped with a Shelby 408 stroker motor (based on the 351) with an 8 stack fuel injection system. It has a T-56 6 speed and has the upgraded Shelby/Baer brake system as well as the 'Appearance Package' which provides the 'Go-Baby-Go' button and requisite Nitrous tank in the trunk (non-functional nitrous system). It has a Sony flip out screen with DVD and a Vintage Air air conditioning system. It comes equipped with the entire Total Control Products (TCP) suspension system including the very unique inboard, horizontally mounted coilover rear suspension on the 9" Ford rear end. This is a true, authentic, GT500E with Carrol Shelby's signature all over it, in the Shelby registry, and not a clone using aftermarket parts. This car has had all the kinks worked out and is ready for street or show duty. It is blue with white stripes and a black interior with "Carroll Shelby" embossed on the seats.
