This Bel Air looks a little rough but starts easy and runs great. The 283 V8 has a 2 bbl carb, GM HEI ignition, dual exhaust, Alternator conversion fron generator and new fuel pump. This car has power steering that functions well. The fuel tank has been cleaned and a new sending unit installed. The transmission is a TH350 3speed automatic (the original Cast Iron Powerglide was removed but comes with the car) The drive shaft has new carrier bearing and new universal joints. The shocks are newer and the rear springs are lifted 1.5-2 inches for just the right ride height. Brakes are original drum all the way around. Tires are one year old. All lights work and all instruments work except the odometer. The frame under this car is in excellent condition. All the glass is in good condition, all the locks work and all door/window mechanisms function. Engine will need the drivers motor mount replaced. It is secured and can be driven without worry though and a new set of mounts is supplied with the car. The body and interior are rough...other than what you see in the pics, it will need floor pans replaced. This has been a daily driver. I have a clear Indiana Title.
