This auction is for my 1970 Jaguar XJ6. It is a beautiful daily driver, and its just as nice to look at as it is to drive. The engine runs well, and the transmission shifts smoothly through all three gears. This classic Jaguar has the ORIGINAL Phillips AM/FM radio in PERFECT condition! This is a great driving Jaguar that can be driven right away. It has had a lot of work done to it over the last few years. It has had a steering rack, front calipers and hoses, two new fuel pumps, spark plugs, and plug wires replaced fairly recently. The exhaust is also like-new. I have some receipts from previous owners, as well as for what I have bought for it. The like-new Dunlop white-wall tires are mounted on beautiful original chrome wheels. This combination really sets the car off (I often find myself staring at this car, and I can't stop)! It also has the chrome instrument gauges, not the black ones. This really helps give it a more classic look. During my ownership, I have changed the oil and filter, replaced the steering rack bushings (poly bushings), air filter, and installed a hi-performance battery. A New set of Lucas points and condenser, water pump gasket, and fuel filter will go with the car as well. Everything electrical works except for the horn and fuel gauge (gauge only moves slightly). I will include a vintage set of air horns with air compressor in working condition. The passenger side fuel tank is blocked off, but there are no fumes in the cabin. The left tank is leak-free.
