Vehicle Detail
Up for auction is my latest build. This Old School bobber was built to keep the styling of old. It has been rebuild from the sludge trap up and runs and handles excellent. I have ridden it locally to test only. It may have 100 miles on it. It handles surprisingly well, and has plenty of power. It was Profesionally painted hot rod black ( satin black). I considered some old school pinstriping and a theme ( maybe the JOKER), any way I decided to leave it black as you can choose your theme. I have two manilla folders packed full of receipts for parts. Everything has been replaced or rebuilt with top quality parts. Machine work was done locally by reputable machine shop. This bike retains the old school Amals Carbs that have been rebuilt, syncronized and tuned correctly. It has all new bearings, stator, clutch basket, clutches, cush drive, primary chain, drive chain, rear sprocket, Brake shoes and pads, cables, wirring and plumbing, Pazon electronic ignition, High performance oil pump, trans has been gone through and it shifts as it should. Rear tire is a new avon 16 on a harley rim, front is a 19. The front end is off a suzuki savage, and I have a new 19 inch Avon front tire that I will send with the bike. The tank is the slim line style, the seat is custom with triumph badge. This bike is a matching numbers bike and I have clear S.C. title in hand. At some point in its life someone welded a plate between the upper and lower back bones ( the tubes under the tank),as many were done this way to put a peanut tank on top of the upper back bone. Thus the numbers were ground off , and it was full of bondo. All the old filler was stripped off and redone in a correct thin layer of filler, but I had to put the number on the frame as you can see. I bought this bike locally and was told it was the correct frame. Whatever the case the title reflects the engine and frame. I hate to sell, shes fun to ride and I'm proud of her, but I'm a builder, it seems I sell all my builds, once the build is over its time for the next. You arrange shipping and you pay for shipping! I have been screwed twice on shipping! I don't mind helping with loading or being available to help load, but you have to communicate to me when the pickup will be. I will not pay for or be responsible for your shipping choice. I require good communication throughout my transactions. All you have to do is email me once you win and let me know whats going on. Don't leave me hangin. DONT BID IF YOU DONT HAVE THE MONEY AND GET YOUR MONEY STRAIGHT BEFORE THE END OF THE AUCTION. Once you win I expect the transaction to move forward or I will back out and sell it to someone that wants it.........IN OTHER WORDS DONT SCREW AROUND. PAYPAL DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED AND NON REFUNDABLE.... Happy bidding on this great little bike.... : ) Reserve is reasonably low for a 66 model, happy bidding........
