LOCAL PICK UP ONLY --IF YOU CAN'T PICK UP THE CAR FROM NORTHERN VIRGINIA-- PLEASE DO NOT BID!! For sale is my poor little convertible. This (once upon a time) was a great car, a full-time daily driver! It became a project car in 2000 when I replaced the floor pans (complete halves), the front and rear aprons, and purchased new fenders (4). The luggage compartment behind the back seat was rusted from a convertible top leak, so I cut one out of a wrecked hard top and welded it in. The car looks rough, but has great structure! All of the electrical is in working order, and most of the parts are with it to get it back together. It will need a new top- complete. All of the glass is in good condition, transmission works very well. I put new brakes on it all the way around in 1999. It has no engine with it, I had an 1835 in it that a guy just had to have, so out it came. The car will need 4 tires as well. It had been wrecked when I bought it in the front quarter panel driver's side, and has been somewhat repaired- still needs a little TLC to finish straightening it out. With all the work that I have put in to it, it won't be too hard to finish it up!! This is a completely honest description of this car- so please feel free to ask any questions. Car will have to be picked up by the purchaser. Seller reserves the right to end this sale at any time, for any reason. We have "sold" this car two other times on Ebay within the last 2 months and neither buyer was willing or able to pick it up.
