Vehicle Detail
CLASSIC 1978 CADILLAC 4-DOOR SEDAN DEVILLE IN GOOD CONDITION. I want to sell this vehicle to someone who knows how to restore beautiful classic vehicles and will drive it, love it, and give it the TLC it deserves. It used to belong to my parents who past away several years ago. I drove it for awhile but it has been sitting in the garage for a few years. This is a rare (low production) 3X yellow model (yellow leather seats, yellow interior, yellow leather roof, yellow exterior paint). The front seats are fully electric and independent of each other. It comes complete with original owner's manual and associated paperwork. It is in generally good condition and the engine runs and I have driven it short distances to verify the transmission works. I installed new spark plugs and replaced the motor oil and filter. It is in generally good condition with the following exceptions: The carburetor needs tuning as it runs rough and tends to flood out.The interior headliner needs replacing. The sun visors need replacing. The interior leather seats are in good condition except for the driver's seat which is very worn.Small tears that need to be repaired at couple of corners in the roof vinyl. Small leak in transmission pan gasket. Air conditioner needs charging and repair. The plastic tail-fin covers (or whatever they are called) at the back of the vehicle must be replaced. The plastic piece that runs along the back underside of the trunk/rear bumper must be replaced.Carpeting needs to be replaced.Radio needs to be replaced (not original). It has expired registration and state inspection.Since it needs work on the carburetor and has expired registration and state inspection, the buyer must be willing to haul or tow the vehicle to their destination.
