RELISTED: This is a relisted auction. I had this vehicle listed last week but found that there were two mechanical problems that I have dealt with: 1. The front left wheel bearing assembly was replaced on Thursday last week. It had worn to where it was producing a grinding noise. It was faint, and I only noticed it last week, but I had it replaced. This was a $380 repair that I have done before I was willing to sell the car. 2. The car had a latched error code for "coolant temp below thermostat minimum", which means that the thermostat needs to be replaced. I will have this part replaced before the car is picked up. This is a $400 repair that I will have done before the car is sold. All work was / will be done by Midas, and I will have receipts to show that the work was done. I am adding this information in the spirit of full disclosure. I just sold another car on ebay last week, and the buyer was thrilled. I am being careful to represent this car in the most accurate way possible. I have also changed the starting price and the buy it now price to a very reasonable level. I am NOT representing that this car is perfect, but it is in GOOD shape. For the condition it is in, Kelly Blue Book lists this car as worth $6460. There is a link below to the kelly blue book for this car. The Buy it Now price is $900 less than this price, and I have and the car looked at to insure that the "good" rating applies. Furthermore, this is a NO RESERVE auction, and the starting price is $1460 less than the kelly blue book price. All known mechanical deficiencies have been dealt with or will be dealt with before you pick it up. 25 MPG SUV!! THERE IS NO RESERVE ON THIS AUCTION!!! This is our 3rd Saturn, and we love it. But, we are leaving the country and they drive on the wrong side of the road where we are going, so we cannot take it with us. Runs BEAUTIFULLY. This was a family car, so it's not in perfect cosmetic condition, but it's not in lousy condition either. The exterior is easily 6/10 and the interior is a solid 6/10 as well. We have had this car for 7 years, so it is not a new car, but it is in good shape. We are the original owners. Due to the ABS door panels, there are no dents, dings, etc. Mechanically, we had this car maintained by the original dealer for all scheduled and non scheduled maintenance. All oil changes were done within the manufacturer's interval (there is an electronic sensor). I have inspected the car closely, and there is some superficial rust underneath. All structural members are intact, and the car was worked on this past week for the wheel bearing assembly, so despite the superficial rusting, the car is in good shape. We have had the following work done to the car in the past 7 years: 1. New rear end. 2. New rear-drive propeller shaft (that's honestly what they call it!), this is the drive shaft that connects the transmission to the rear wheels. 3. New front right wheel bearing assembly 4. New 4-wheel brakes done last fall. 5. Trailer hitch kit 6. Front Left wheel bearing assembly 7. Thermostat will be replaced before the car is picked up Engine runs great, mechanically sound.
