1965 Plymouth Barracuda factory option V8 Commando engine, automatic tranny, with the original Carter AFB four barrel carburetor tag reads 3854S. This incredible gem has been stored since 1992 and it only has 97,000 original miles. It is a one family owned car transfer to the original owners daughters name in 1992 where it shows the miles that are currently on the odometer now. According to the daughter it was stored for future restoration, once she decided to sell it, she took it out of storage where it had the misfortune of getting hit by a branch and broke the front windshield. The broadcast sheet that was still under the rear seat, it matches all the codes for the options that are on the car, including the code A31 which means 235 hp V8 Commando 4 barrel option, also includes the chrome air cleaner, hubcaps, three spoke steering wheel, power brakes, power steering. The bottom of the car floors and frame are excellent, factory under coating is still good. Excellent trunk area with a little surface rust under the spare tire. The rear balance peice has the cut out for the single square exhaust tip. It has a set of LEE GT-300 7.00-13 High Performance 3 white stripe tires that are still new, i've never seen these style tires look to be old school. Know for the bad - it needs a front windshield, the gas tank, and the carb need to be rebuilt or replaced and the fuel lines would need to be cleaned or replaced, the engine does turn over and tries to start but the old gas will not let it. The brakes need to be worked has no brakes at this time. Has rust bubbling in the rear quarters but that is pretty much it.
