You are bidding on a very nice 2001 SATURN SC2 (TWINCAM) SPORTS COMPACT COUPE Here is your chance to own one of these popular little fun-to-drive cars at a very reasonable price (this Saturn was a trade-in for one of our higher-end cars). This model (as well as all other Saturns) is very reliable - Edmunds.com, for example, gave it a "minimal problems" long-term reliability rating based on owner's reviews. This little car also delivers great fuel mileage - 33- 34 mpg on the highway has been reported. This particular SC2 COUPE is fully equipped with the following standard and optional amenities: 1.9 liter 4-cylinder TWINCAM engine overdrive 4-spd automatic transmission power windows, door locks, exterior mirrors power sunroof am/fm/CD stereo traction control ABS fog lamps alloy wheels etc, etc Miles are a little high on this car - but don't let that fool you, we drove it all around and it runs great, no problems were found. Some things to note: The great: car runs great - quiet, smooth, and peppy new radiator body panels are made from composite materials - there is no rust (never will be, ever) AC is cold The not-so-good: some wear (consistent with miles) on the upholstery, mostly driver's seat a plastic trim piece is missing from the center console (where the driver's right foot/knee is - see pics) dome light (in the ceiling) is missing - a replacement one can be picked up at a salvage yard for pennies trunk is a little dirty heater/AC blower sometimes quits working intermittently for some short periods of time A picture is always worth a thousand words, so please look closely at the many photos we provided to note the condition of the car. Overall it is very solid and will surely provide its new owner quite a bit of trouble -free service. Little things mentioned above certainly don't detract from the pleasure in daily driving, and hey, after all - this is not a showcar !
