HI your looking at a 1972 ford f-100 fleetside short wheel base pick-up 360 v8 automatic. I took this truck in on a trade on another car so I don,t know alot about it,s history. so having said that lets get after it! the truck did not run when I got it I had the heads rebuilt put in new gears and timing chain new cam and lifters and put on a near new 2 barrel holly carb, set of good used headers hit the key and it started right up and I have been driving it to work ever since ,alittle over 2000 miles now.the gauges were shot so I put in a set of new equus gauges ( see pics) added one of those plastic dash caps don,t look to bad,new am-fm radio and new rubber floor cover the inside looks pretty good except the seat on drivers side is worn(see pics) the truck also has alum ansen slotted mags and I bough 4 new goodyear tires for it.this truck has the orginal mirrors on it as well as an orginal sliding rear window. I put new rubber seals in the front windshield and rear slider. OK now lets get to it, this it not a new truck nor can you drive it across country its just an old truck with some new stuff on it, seems to run ok for me, with alittle care would a great daily driver or a great start to restore .the passenger side door does have some bondo on it you can see it when the sun hits just right so that would need fixing(see pics) and I have not notice any rust. the truck is not painted it is in primer the only other thing I know of is the neutral switch is gone and it will start in any gear back up lights are on a switch under th dash as is the horn these are the only things I have discovered in the course of working on it.
