I'm selling this for my father. To my understanding it is a 1952 M38 or a M38a1. It will be sold with a bill of sale the same way he bought it 10 years ago. It is an ex- Military Jeep that has been lifted. It has an overdrive unit on it for more gearing options. (we were told this is rare kinda like the back seat in it) It has 35 inch BF Goodrich All Terrain TA's under it right now. We have 32 inch Uniroyal Laredo MT's for it as well if the buyer is interested in them for a little extra. this Jeep will start right up and run strong. It has a V6 engine and dual exhaust. This jeep is for sale locally so I reserve the right to end auction early if it sells. Please look the pictures over and ask if you have any questions. We are only selling to get money for other projects.On Jun-01-10 at 15:13:27 PDT, seller added the following information: Okay the actual milage on the jeep is 72814. I went out and checked to be sure. The hard top is removable and made of aluminum. you can also remove the doors and leave the top on if desired. The Engine is a Buick V6 that was rebuilt before Dad bought the thing. The exhaust is dual and has glasspacks with turnouts in front of the rear tires. There is a roll bar and halo under the top. The tallest lever is the tree speed tranny shifter the chrome shifter is the overdrive shifter next is the four wheel two wheel shifter then the shifter closest to the passenger is the high and low range shifter. the window in the back is cracked. (not a hard fix) There are lockout hubs on the front end. We've had lots of fun in this jeep over the years, but it's getting a little hard fit 5 guys 6ft and taller in it. Oh and Dad corrected me he bought it 13 years ago. Anyway just wanted to clarify that for everyone. If there are any other questions please ask I'll answer them asap. Thanks again.
