NO RESERVE This is a beautiful 1941 Studebaker Commander Skyway, It is equiped with a 6 cly. flathead engine with overdrive that was overhauled prior to my purchase. The car was purchased from an owner in up-state New York who had completed approximately 90% of the restoration on the car when I purchased it a little over 2 years ago. The car has been repainted with original Skyway colors and the interior has been refurbished, however, I did notice that one edge of the headliner had pulled loose on the right side of the rear window over winter storage ( this should be a simple tuck and re-glue). The only thing lacking in the interior is new carpet for the front floorboard. It has excellent wide white sidewall tires and comes with full fenderskirts. I have also installed signal ligths and fog lights on the car. The bumpers will need to be replated and I just recently had the master cylinder and all 4 brake cylinders rebuilt. The brakes felt a little soft after winter storage and may need re-bleeding. the car has an electric fuel pump to assist in cold start-up. I truly love this car and would love to keep it but, I live in a condo complex and no longer have anywhere to work on or store the car. I feel certain that whomever purchases this car will be thourghly satisfied with it and once you complete the minor upgrades decribed above, you will have a vehicle that will proudly show anywhere. There is still a small lien on the car so, whomever purchases the car, once I have received your payment for the car it will take approximately 10 days to secure the clear title and I will forward it to you immedately.
