Up for sale is a 1983 CJ7 Laredo with less than 80,000 original miles. It has the 258 straight 6 and is a 4 speed manual. It has The factory hard top and doors as well as a strapless bikini top purchased last year and a best top trail cover for when the doors and top are off. The 4x4 works fine but I have never had it off road. The original owner had it garaged at his vacation home and only used it to drive around town as far as I know. I am only the second owner and have had this jeep for 3 years and had no problems whatsoever. This jeep is almost 100% original, I have done only routine maintenance and drive it. This jeep is in great shape for its age and you don’t find them unmolested like this very often. It also has just about every factory option available and it all works! The only things on this jeep that are not working are the gas gauge, and the A/C but it only looks to have a bad hose end that needs to be replaced. I have a lot of the factory paperwork that came with this jeep such as owners manual, maintenance manual, etc. I even have the window sticker! The paint is NOT perfect and is flaking in a few spots (see pic) but it looks like the original factory paint to me. there is also a piece under the roll bar. It also has some surface rust on the frame underneath but nothing that a wire brush and some paint wouldn’t fix. The body and frame are solid and in great shape. This jeep is in ORIGINAL condition and has not been restored EVER! I am only selling this jeep because we are having a baby and one of my toys has to go to keep the others running.
