This is my 1977 Cutlass Supreme Brougham. I believe I am the 3rd owner of this car. It has 123,000 miles on it. I purchased it last year with the intention of restoring it, but I have too may projects going on to give it the time it deserves. I have owned several 76-77 Cutlasses over the years and this is my first Brougham. It has the definite feel of a luxury car. The body has the usual rust in the usual places for these cars. Behind the back glass has started to rust and also behind the right rear tire. The vinyl top was removed to inhibit any dampness that might cause further damage. The rust on the top of the car is only surface rust. The car’s trunk lid had several minor dings and was replaced with the white one you see here. The car has never been repainted. There is no hidden bondo ready to fall out. The paint appears to have worn off the header area. I just tell everyone it’s because it goes so fast, the wind blew it off! It has a strong 350 motor and a recently rebuilt transmission with approximately 500 miles on it. It is equipped with power steering, power brakes, air conditioning, (needs recharged) cruise control and am/fm radio. It runs and drives just like a new car and I would not hesitate to drive it anywhere. Starts every time. The interior is beautiful with its 2-tone green pillow top upholstery, which is in very good shape for its age. All of the glass is good and the sporty white letter tires on the factory wheels look practically new. A $500 deposit will be required within 48 hours of the auction’s end, with the balance to be paid within 7 days.
