I am listing for sale, my 2001 Ford Lightning truck. I purchased this truck new in Cerritos California late 2001. I am a 67 year old retired Aerospace executive and have carefully cared for this truck and kept it in my garage. It has never been driven hard or far except for the relocation from California to Northwest Florida. It drives perfect and looks great for a nine year old truck. I changed the oil immediately after the drive home from the dealer and have changed it every 3000 miles since. This is a third vehicle and it is driven sparingly. I'm selling it because I no longer need or desire 3 cars. There is no reserve on the truck so it will sell to the highest bidder. The truck can be viewed, inspected, and driven at my home in Gulf Breeze, Florida, which is 3 miles from Pensacola. I've attached 14 photos including the original purchasement agreement, the original window sticker, and the clear title. I will answer any questions or provide additional photos on request. Listed below are some specific details about the truck followed by my specific requirements for bidding and payment. Please read these carefully. The truck was purchased from Cerritos Ford in Cerritos California on August 22, 2001. The standard options are listed on the window sticker which is included in a photo. Please note that this truck has a 6 CD changer which works fine but I have misplaced the cartridge. It has 21" chrome spoke wheels and low profile tires which I installed in September 2001. The tires have since been replaced twice. I installed a composite-plastic full bed liner and a naugahyde cover which attaches with snaps at the cab and velcro on the sides and rear. Both can be seen in the photos. Immediately after purchasing the car, I installed additional window tinting to side and rear windows. Included with the truck will be all paperwork, manuals, front license plate bracket, etc. Ask questions before you bid as any sale will be final. Questions will be answered in 24 hours or less. Continental US buyers only. Only bidders with at least 5 positive and no negative feedbacks will be accepted. Payment terms are $1000 by direct deposit or wire transfer 48 hours after auction close. The balance must be in the form of cash, direct deposit, wire transfer, or certified bank cashiers check 7 days after auction close. No other form of payment will be accepted. Make sure you can do this before you bid. The car will be available for local pickup immediately after payment. I have a clear title and can get it notorized 2 blocks from my home. Local pickup is required. I can deliver the car up to 100 miles from Gulf Breeze if prior arrangements are made.
