BANK REPO - LOW RESERVE Up for auction is a repossessed vehicle from one of the local banks. I am listing this vehicle on their behalf. Vehicle will be sold “as-is, where is” with no warranty expressed or implied. While every attempt will be made to describe vehicle to the best of my ability, I recommend personally inspecting vehicle or have someone you trust to do so. No shipping is available. 1997 FORD F-250 X-CAB 3 DOOR DESCRIPTION: This is a vehicle that was used as a work truck in the floor covering business, therefore it was extremely dirty and shows normal signs of wear and dirt still. It has 198,000 on the odometer, however, this vehicle runs extremely strong and the transmission shifts properly…much better than expected for the age and condition. The gear shifter will not shift into park. I was told by a mechanic that it needed the shifter cable replaced. It still goes into all other gears and shifts properly. The clear coat on the top, hood, and front fender is peeling as evidenced in pictures. Rear view mirror is missing from the windshield. Power mirrors don’t work. Tires are in average condition and seem to have probably another 10-15 thousand miles left on them. With the bad out of the way, the good is this. Truck runs and drives good. Air conditioning is cold, power windows work properly as well as the cruise control. While the condition of this truck is not perfect, it would make someone a great work truck or second truck to save wear and tear on a newer truck. All body panels are straight with everyday scratches and dings that comes with a work truck. I want to disclose any defects and be as honest as I possibly can, as that is the way I would want someone to do me.
