This was an old Army vehicle, maybe an ambulance at one time. The spec. plate is on the glove box. It is a 1966 chevrolet C30 (1 ton) Panel. 6 cyl.. (not sure of the size) 4 spd. trans. The old truck runs, stops and doesn't smoke. The lights work. There is a fairly new hood as shown. New Michelin XCX/APT LT 235/85 R16 tires in front. Time has not been kind to the body as you can see. All can be repaired, but it's there. I had a guy give me a $375.00 estimate to replace the front floor and rockers. The driver's side is worst than the passenger's side. The rear passenger's 1/4 panel is bad as well. The driver's seat is ripped up. The passengers seat is presentable. The rear interior of the truck was paneled at one time and plywood screwed down on the floor. I have no idea what's under there? I crawled underneath and found the frame and rear floor section in good condition. the front floor repair is evident underneath as well. I've never driven it on a regular basis, but the guy I bought it from had it tagged and was driving it. I live in the country and have driven it down the road and it drove like a heavy duty truck! The clutch is grabbing when you first take off, so that may need attention. The windshield is good. The door glass on the driver's side is held up by a piece of wood on the inside of the door. The mechanism is gone! The passenger's side is ok. New exhaust. ***This truck has a wealth of parts and if I had the time, I could part it out and probably make more. The dash is almost perfect. Good cowl. Hood. Original door glass. Rear doors (need some attention at the bottoms, but very repairable). headlight bezels.** If you buy it and just want certain parts, you can leave the rest here and I'll dispose of it.
