Normal 0 false false false EN-US X-NONE X-NONE 1950 CHEVY PICKUP FRAME: Stock late 80’s S/10 with modifications to the cab mounts, front and rear rails with a built in receiver hitch. New brake pads. 10-1/2” x 15” rear, 8-1/2” x 15” front Smoothie wheels with new Goodyear radial tires. BODY: Truck was sand blasted inside and out. All new sheet metal, hand made floor and hand made bed. All welds and hood were leaded and body blocked and fitted for a gloss black finish if a person was tired of flat black. CNC Plasma cut tail gate and tail lights, “1950” L.H. Chevy R.H. lights, polished diamond plate aluminum bed floor and tool box with the battery inside. 18 gallon aluminum gas tank under the tool box using a stock GM fuel pump with stock 50 fill neck. Paint and body work was all DuPont with DuPont’s “Hot Rod” Flat black single stage paint. INTERIOR: Stock bench seat and door panels, hand stitched red to match the red smoothie wheels. Speedway gauges, 12 volt wipers, Speedway column, AM/FM Cassette, Vintage Air/Heat. New glass, felt and rubber and Lokar 32” shifter. ENGINE: Stock 91’ Chevy 350 TBI (80K miles new oil pump and gaskets), new 700R4, Stock computer with Painless wiring throughout, Custom made aluminum radiator, block hungers headers with performance cats and 2-1/4” stainless exhaust. The truck was built without a lot of chrome and show under to drive and keep all stock GM so repairs could be done anywhere and not have to polish more than it was driven. Starts perfect, sounds great and looks like the truck could have came from the factory like this. NOT FINISHED: Doors need readjusted to fit tighter (New rubber), Vintage Air is still in the box new, Needs carpet, but wanted to wait until the air was installed. Has a chip and small scratch from assembling on the hood and right front fender. No speakers, was thinking of putting them in the doors. Gutter mounts in photo don’t work well. Stock chrome mirrors are new in the box.
