1988 BMW 325 is for Sale Buy This Gorgeous Red 1988 BMW 325is Super Sporty 30MPG BMW - Perfectly tuned, balanced and ready to enjoy!      Let me introduce this great BMW 325is. Classic BMWs this nice rarely make it to market as they tend to be traded amoung members of BMW clubs. So higher priced examples of this iconic BMW don't always make it to open market. But this rare and very nice example is available to the public and it is sure to set a new precident for the used BMW mareket. They don't get much nicer than this in completely original condition. This beautiful 325is still has its original paint! And this car has the desirable "silky smooth Six" cylinder engine. This newly classic BMW was originally delivered new to warm and sunny Southern California and it was with the original owner all the way until 2001. Like the original owner, the second owner was also a car nut and he and the car lived in Grand Forks, North Dakota until a local collector (and previous customer) bought it in 2008. The current owner hopes to have owned 100 cars before he "retires permanently", and while he is very particular about running condition, he never owns his vehicles long. If this were a four door rather than a sporty two door BMW 325is he would keep it as a zippy grand kids car. But because it is a sporty two-door his wife has suggested that he put it up for sale. Both previous owners were BMW club members. The car is virtually all original including the paint! The few items that aren't original are a few mechanical items and even those were replaced with OEM BMW parts. The exterior, including paint, and entire interior are original and in outstanding  original condition. For example this MBW 325 has a new steering rack.  This 1988 BMW runs and drives great and as you can see from the video  below it really handles like a dream! All systems work as new, including ice-cold AC. The only thing the current owner would replace if he kept the car would be the rear shocks. (Remember he is very particular.) But the car gets 30 MPG on the highway, and this model BMW (the '88 BMW 325is) has always been a favorite among collectors.  This "classic" BMW comes with all its original books, manuals,  trunk-mounted BMW tool kit and even a fitted car cover. As a testament  to the caring owners, the interior and trunk look as if they were hardly  ever used!
