Normal 0 MicrosoftInternetExplorer4 Every time I open the door to my garage, this little car makes me smile. I rarely drive this car, as it's my third car. It's almost always in my garage. Since I have two other cars which I drive on a daily basis, so this only goes out to special occasions with me, only a 1000 miles or so in the past year. I bought this from the original owners. The gentleman who purchased this car bought it as a retirement present for himself, along with a Harley. He rode the Harley more than he drove this. This is the car I drive on nice summer nights, I've taken it apple picking in the autumn, and on some nice fall foliage drives along the Hudson River with the little lady, and through the Hudson Valley. It isn't raced or autocrossed. Unfortunately, I am now moving, and will no longer have a two car garage. I can't bear to park this outside, and I'd like to see someone take good care of it. It doesn't get much urban road exposure, as I live on a farm in the Hudson Valley of New York. No accidents. However there are some blemishes. The rear bumper was scraped in a parking lot when the previous owner had the car. He was well meaning in trying to touch it up, but the touchup paint is not perfect. There is also quarter size door ding on the front fender from some inconsiderate person last year. The front air dam has some scrapes from driveway exits. I am not advertising this as a perfect show car by any means, what it is: an all-original low mileage Miata that’s been lovingly cared for. The convertible top is in great shape. AC is nice and cold, and everything works the way it should. Maintenance: I had it serviced about 1000 miles ago, which was last year, as I’ve only put about a 1000 miles on it since last summer. As per the factory recommended service intervals, it has Mobil 1 oil, a new timing belt, a new Westco Sealed Cell Battery, and had a fuel filter, spark plugs and wires changed. The New York State Inspection is good until the fall. Other than the maintenance, it is 100% original except for three things I have added: 1. For safety - A Hard Dog Ace roll bar, complete with accessory vinyl cover and trim pad 2. For looks - A set of 15" Koenig Rewind Retro wheels for that classic English roadster bit. With only 19K, the factory tires were still on it after 9 years and needed to be changed. 3. For tunes -A nice Sony radio with hands free bluetooth. I have the original radio if you want to reinstall it. The wiring harness was not cut, a proper adapter and extension was fitted, and a proper adapter kit was installed. You must leave a deposit within 48 hours, and pick it up within 10 days or so. The reserve won't be disclosed, so please don't ask.
