PLEASE READ THE ENTIRE LISTING PRIOR TO BIDDING You’re bidding on a 1998 Land Rover Range Rover 4.0 SE with 104,204 miles showing on the odometer and is considered "Mileage Exempt" due to the age of the truck. The Rover was recently repo'ed from its previous owner for non-payment and is being offered with NO RESERVE. I have personally driven this vehicle roughly 10 miles and the car is a nice truck!... Overall Condition I would consider the vehicle to be in "Slightly Rough" condition based on the age, mileage, and visible wear on the vehicle, please read below for specific details. The Exterior The exterior of the Rover for the most part looks GREAT!...There are no obvious dents, scratches, or notable damage. The only notable exterior imperfection is some lightly faded pain on the drivers side roof line and rear of the truck, its not really all that noticable though. The exterior looks good with the 5 star wheels and performance tires, brush guard, and roof rack. The only notable exterior flaw is the rear hatch will not open due to a fauly actuator in the rear hatch. Overall the exterior of this truck looks good and is a nice truck... The Interior The interior of the Rover shows great and the leather is in excellent condition and shows with no rips, tears, burns, or excessive wear. The carpets are clean and fresh and in good shape. As all Land Rovers, the headliner is falling and will need to be replaced...this is a common Rover issue. The interior shows well and the only thing needing attention in the headliner... The Mechanics The Rover fires right up and runs out great, mechanically the truck is in great shape but does need some minor attention. The automatic transmission shifts out without any slippage or hesitation between shifts as you work you way up to highway speeds. The A/C does blow cold and most of the electrical power options work and function as they should. The tires have approx 60% tread wear remaining on the set of tires. The car has NO check engine light or any other indicator light on. The air suspension does not work and the airbags have a manual air value under the hood where you can pump up the factory airbags. The fronts bags did slightly fall down about 1" after leaving the truck for 4 days without airing them up, the rears are fine. I suspect the factory compressor might be bad, but not sure. The truck also has a drain on the battery that will kill the battery if left overnight, again...no idea why it does this..but it does.. Overall this is not a 100% perfect Rover, but for the price its worth putting some time and effort into fixing it....I have NO idea whats wrong with these items above, Im just stating the known problems. I have NOT had the truck looked at, its being sold as is, where is...good luck! Lastly, the cars offered on eBay are being offered at "wholesale" pricing which means our operation is not like your run of the mill car lot. In order to keep our pricing at the wholesale level we do not offer services like normal "retail" dealers. We do not offer airport pickup and the cars are delivered with a 1/4 tank of fuel, so please factor that into your bidding. Please add an additional $150 to your winning bid for documentation fee's. The doc fee helps offset the cost of clerical fee's like Fed Ex, UPS, and USPS when we send out the paperwork to you. If you dont like the doc fee please dont bid on our auctions, the fee is charged to eveyone...Including other car dealers.. Terms of Sale There is a 20% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit due within 48 hours of the close of the auction, and the remaining balance is due within 5 days of the close of the auction. Our auctions are 7 day auctions and run Monday to Monday so deposits are due in our office by the Wednesday following the end of the auction and remaining balance is due by the end of the week on Friday, unless other arrangements are made PRIOR to bidding. There is no exception to the deposit unless you plan on picking up the vehicle and paying in full within 48 hours of the close of the auction. We accept Cash in Hand, Cashiers Checks, Money Orders, and Bank to Bank Wire Transfers although our preferred method of payment is Bank to Bank Wire Transfer. No Paypal, personal or business checks will be accepted under any circumstance. At the end of every auction we will send you a confirmation email and prefer that you contact us by phone the day the auction ends to make arrangements for payment and pickup of your vehicle. Title Delays In most cases (99% of the time) titles are on hand for delivery depending on your form of payment, however from time to time there are minor title delays that are outside the realm of our control. Most of our title delays are resolved within a couple of business days after payment has been received.
