Vehicle Detail

FOR SALE!!! 1971 Volkswagen Super Beetle. Finally decided that this project has to go. I've done quite a bit of work to it, including: All new wheel cylinders, All wheel bearings inspected and repacked. The dual port 1600 engine is mostly rebuilt...the rotating assembly has been rebuilt by a reputable shop in Denver (crankshaft turned, new main bearings, new con-rod bearings, remanufactured connecting rods installed, block was align-bored). New high-lift performance camshaft, cam gear, bearings, and solid tappets installed. New distributor gear. Case halves have been reassembled and torqued to spec. New oversize 87mm cylinders, pistons, and rings installed. New centrifugal distributor, cap, rotor, and wires. New Weber Progressive 2bbl carburetor, intake, and heat risers. New throttle cable and accelerator pedal installed. New projector headlights installed. Near new clutch disc, pressure plate, throwout bearing, and bushing (about 20 miles). New weather strip installed on front, rear, and rear quarter windows. New headliner (homemade) installed. New wiper blades. Exterior was sanded, primed, and painted to remove and prevent surface rusting. Engine compartment and inner trunk area and gas tank painted. Electric 4psi fuel pump installed. Included, but not installed are: New brake master cylinder. New interior dome light. New sun-visor clips. New heater tubes (doghouse to heat exchangers). New lower engine tin (chrome). Four new valve guides. Set of four Mahle 88mm cylinders, pistons, and rings (had them on, but one wrist pin clip broke and gouged one cylinder - I don't know if it is reuseable - so I installed 87's instead). Tires are decent shape and spare included. I do have the original Pict-34 carburetor, oil-bath air cleaner, and single barrel intake all in useable condition. Transmission shifted fine when I had it running (before wrist pin broke). Title is included, but still has owner's name from 2005. Can include Bill Of Sale if needed. I made new dash panels to accept tachometer (installed, see pic), oil pressure gauge (installed), and ammeter (not installed). Now, for the less-desirable features: Dash was cut to accept aftermarket, single DIN stereo and a custom-fit speaker (6x9 oval) enclosure installed in rear cargo area. Inner door pockets are gone. Needs battery. Only has one running board. Hood has four small holes where VW hood ornament mounts. Front and rear bumpers were cut off, I have the rear bumper, but needs front and new mounts for both. Needs heads to complete engine, I have four, but only one is good as-is....one other can be reused if valve seats are replaced. Bug is sold with no warranty or guarantee. It will need to be towed or trailered because engine is unfinished and not installed. Bug is located at 80731 in NE Colorado. I can help load if arrangements are arranged ahead of time. Please bid with intent to buy. I have tried to list everything I can as accurately as I can, but if you have questions, please ask before bidding ends. I will answer any questions as best as I can. Thanks for looking. just found all 4 baby moon hubcaps --included
