You are looking at a very beautiful 1970 Trans Am with a 455 non original motor, 400 transmission with a 12 bolt rear end and I believe 3.73 gears. I have owned this car for over a year. I bought this car in St. Louis, MO and drove it home 1400 miles to south Texas. I was told this car had been painted around ten years ago. The paint looks very good. It has a couple of bubbles in the paint, but no rust. This car could use a repaint but looks exceptional for a dailly driver. The car drives nice and strong, and the AC, wipers, heater, horn, lights, brakes all work perfect. It has a dual exaust with flow masters. The headers have a minor leak after car warms up but not bad. The interior is almost perfect but the passenger door panel has a hole in it that is designed for a side mirror control but I do not have the control. Tires are very good. I have thoroughly inspected this car and all the body panels seem to be original. It has zero rust and it appears to have little or no body filler. All the floor and trunk pans look very original and exceptionally good. The car looks like it may have been hit at one point in the rear where the rear bumper does not align perfectly with the rear tail light panel. However, it does not look bad or noticable. I know about it because I was told. The lower rear panel behind the gas tank appears to have some body work but hardly noticable. I have attempted to describe this great automobile to the best of my knowledge. I love this Trans Am but I currently own 12 cars and am planning to liquidate 4 of them to invest in other things.
