1980 Chevrolet Camaro Z28. Completely orignal and unmolested Z28 with automatic transmission and factory A/C. The Camaro is solid with no rust. Except for a small dent along the rear driver side of the car, overall the Camaro is in perfect condition and alignment. Although the paint is presentable with a mild shine, the Camaro may have to be repainted to complete the restoration. The rims have been painted with factory correct gold flake and inlcude the original Z28 caps and lug nuts. New grill and gas door Z28 emblems were added. The Z28 decals are complete and in good condition. All seals and weather stripping are in good condition. The trunk includes the space saver tire and original jack stored underneath the package tray. The Camaro has its original suspension and maintains its original Z28 stance. It was recently serviced with fresh oil and lubed throughout the chassis. The engine is original and has no modifications. It runs and idles like new. Very reliable and performs as expected from its original 350 V8. Includes all components for the air induction system. Recent upgrades include a new battery, alternator and master cylinder. The original automatic transmission was inspected and in perfect condition; gear shifting is flawless. The interior is completely original and in very good condition. The only flaws are a small crack in the dash, and some minor wear on the driver’s seat. The vinyl headliner is perfect and the dash is complete with all factory knobs and switches. Optional features include wipers with operational delay, cruise control and a factory AM/FM/CB factory radio. The electric antennae is not operating and will have to be inspected. Includes original CB transmitter in glove box. The A/C was recently serviced and cools properly. However, the fan only blows on the highest setting. The passenger and rear seats are in perfect condition and a new arm rest pad was added. The carpet is in very good condition with no rips, tears or stains. Includes all operating seat belts with the functioning seat belt warning buzzer. The door panels are in great condition and include all parts and components. The electric windows work; however, the electric door locks are not working. All electronics work; lights, double horn, radio, dash lights, interior dome light, key in the ignition buzzer, wipers, etc. The gas gauge, temp and volt indicators work; but the clock and tachometer are not functioning. There is intense service history for this Camaro which will be included with the sale. Includes the build sheet, original bill of sale, owner's manual, dealer brochure along with numerous receipts documenting the service history of the Camaro.
