FOR SALE 1976 Rolls Royce Silver Shadow w Gold Package body tags and flying angel are Gold plated VIN# LRE25883 This rolls is in great shape original engine rebuilt 6 years ago but only 2000 miles since rebuild. Just relisted with new price pictures don't do it justice so if local come by and see it. I will be adding more detailed pictures later today this is a NO RESERVE AUCTION HIGHEST BIDDER GETS IT!!!! I have the pink to it (non salvage)California title but has been non-op for 10 years. I'm the 3rd owner car was stored in Palm Springs Ca. in an air conditioned garage. needs tune up and SU Carbs need rebuilt runs very well. I drive it around the neighborhood. needle valve in carburator sticks and leaks a little oil into manifold SU carbs have a oil chamber. Previous owner had engine rebuilt about 6 years ago but only 2000 miles since then. The guy did not pickle it right and did not run when I bought it. The gas had gone bad in it, I had to clean the whole fuel system from tank to float bowls and it fired right up and has ran great since then. leaks a little hydro fluid on r/h rear leveling system I think it's just a loose fitting. I'll be putting up sommore pictures friday. tires are new michelins less than 500mi. on the tires, car is very drivable but I would not start across country in it. I started from Phoenix to LA and the points burnt out and cost me a $1000 to have towed home it was 115 degrees in the middle of the dessert that day.Don't get me wrong it is still well worth the money. I don't really want to sell it but finances demand it right now. If it sells ok if not ok it will take about $2000. to get it right for cross country tours. If you do the the work you self RR dealers charge 250 per hour. It's a 20,000. dollar car look at the rest of the Rolls here on ebay and see what you get for the money. Rolls-Royces are fitted with GM smog emissions and meets California and U.S. requirements, Turbo 400 tranny, engine is 6.6 ltr or 411 cu. in I also have the full set of Rolls-Royce maintenance manuals, thats a $1000. bucks just for them (5) 3 ring binders that came with car when delivered to U.S when built. This is a long wheelbase only 2700 and something built in the Silver Shadow version. Sorry no maintenance records availible.
