Relisted with lower reserve and B.I.N. price. Very cool '67 Sprite with Factory Hardtop and new Amco Convertible top. This is a "get in and enjoy" Sprite in which I have invested over $8K to make it a fun and reliable driver. It was purchased by me in 2007 from the estate of the original owner. It has a unique patina and aged appearance that I did not want to change. Has clear title in my name. Mechanically, the Sprite has been restored. Here are some of the highlights: Professionally rebuilt 1275 cc engine, excellent transmission with new seals and bearings, 3.9:1 ratio differential. Rebuilt front suspension including shocks, bushings, lower a-arms, and king pins. Rebuilt brake hydraulics, including master cylinder, wheel cylinders, new rotors, and rebuilt calipers. New wiring harness installed by the Motorcar-Garage. Alternator conversion. New Mini-lite replica wheels and new tires (less than 200 miles) Complete exhaust system. Competion Lap belts and Moto-lita steering wheel. Fuel system rebuilt or replaced including new fuel tank, sender, fuel lines and rebuilt carbs. Most maintenance items replaced: Tires, Battery, Hoses, belts, etc. Floors are rust free and solid, There are a couple of small rust spots in the lower rear fenders that can be easily repaired. This car is a blast to drive and it gets lots of attention from enthusiasts. I am selling it to make room for other projects. Odometer shows 84000 miles but actual mileage is not known.
