For sale is a 1946 Chevrolet Pickup that has been in the family since the late 70's. We have worked on it periodically and let it set again for years at a time. Most of that time it has been stored inside. The truck is pretty much rust free. There is however body work to be done (which is my weakness). Right front fender and the bed sides have a noticable amount of bondo. I have a spare hood, right rear fender, bed sides (which are straight but do have some rust through), running boards (that will need work), and several smaller parts. I also have a spare 41 frame with the original axles. The truck is equipped with a 78 Camaro Z/28 front clip, quick ratio power steering, front disk brakes, and tilt column. It drives and rides good. The engine is a 388 cubic inch small block Chevy. 4.06 bore 3.75 stroke. Scat cast crankshaft, Chevy powdered metal rods, Keith Black flat top pistons, Competition Cams Extreme Energy 268 cam, 1.94/1.50 valves, Edelbrock Performer Intake, Holley 750 Vacuum Secondary Carb, HEI Ignition, S & S fenderwell headers, 2 1/4 exhaust with turbo mufflers. Transmission is a Turbo 400 with factory deep pan, B&M Trans Pack, TCI 2500 converter. Lokar shifter. 10 Bolt rear axle with 3:55 gears. Fuel tank is from a Jeep Wrangler with a Carter Street electric fuel pump. I installed the 130 mph speedometer, tachometer, and fuel gauge from the Camaro in a wooden dash insert that I made. The truck runs real strong. I actually used this truck as a daily driver some years ago. I will work with the buyer on delivery arrangements. Please don't hesitate to ask questions.
