This is a 1981 GS1000 G model Classic old school Suzuki Motorcycle thats is in its original form. All Oem paint and equipment. Engine has not been torn down or worked on and runs great. This is the Legendary 8 valve Roller bearing Motor that Dominated the Pro Bike Circuit back in the day. It was used for its Durability and Performance. Bike has 43k miles. The very Tunable 34mm Mikuni Carbs have been cleaned and synced. Last year new tune up with Iridum spark plugs and K&N air filter. All brake calipers have been rebuilt including rear master with suzuki oem parts. All lights horn guages etc work. Battery,charging and starting systems all good. Tires were replaced 2 yrs ago and front is showing signs of cracking but thread is good. Has factory exhaust and front pipes will need rechroming if you prefer. Currently coated black. Bike is in original condition and is ready to ride for the season. I just moved here from California where the bike has lived its whole life in near perfect weather conditions. Reg current until May. I am the 3rd known owner. This is a great daily rider and fun to ride. It is very comfortable with its fully adjustable front and rear suspention. It will give you about 40-45mpg with moderate driving. Although it has its usual nicks,scratches,discoloration,seepages etc. it may be one of the nicer 29 yr old Classic bikes you will see out there. Iv'e enjoyed riding it and anywhere i went it brought many nice coments.
