However, it looks new and has no dings, tilt steering wheel, cruise control, with factory am/fm radio/CD player. There are a couple of minor paint scratches from the pickup bed tool box previously on the truck, but no dents. We tried to show these in the pictures. A low milage, handsome midnight blue pick-up with new Michelin tires. This is a well kept truck with a bed liner. This truck looks new!! The tires still have tags on them (see pictures). It is optioned equipped but does have durable floor mat and manual windows. However, it looks new and has no dings, tilt steering wheel, cruise control, with factory am/fm radio/CD player. 5. Taxes,Registration & Buyer Fees:
There will be a $150 mandatory charge attached to all sales to cover the costs of a safety inspection, notary fees, administrative fees and a light detail.
Buyers will be required to pay All taxes and fees in order for vehicle to be titled and registered. A 20 days temporary tag will be provided after the sale is completed. For any out of state buyers we will provide all the necessary paperwork in order to get the registration done such as work order, inspection or any affidavit.
6. Shipping & Delivery:
All shipping charges are buyer's responsibility.
Instant Auto Sales Inc. will help with shipping arrangements but will not be responsible in any way for claims arising from shipping damage!
Licensed Carriers are generally insured for $3,000,000.00. We assume no responsibility for damages incurred after the vehicle leaves our showroom. We will take an extensive set of photographs of the vehicle prior to the vehicle being turned
over to the shipper for the protection of all involved.
All shipping arrangements are provided by Instant Auto Sales as a courtesy. We are not affiliated with any carrier. Any claims or other communication regarding shipment of vehicles will be between you and the shipper, not with Instant Auto Sales Inc.
The amount of time it takes for delivery is dependent on the carrier, but is generally 7-14 days from the date the vehicle is picked up from our facility until it is delivered to your destination. Verify with the shipper for an Estimate Time of Arrival to be sure.
7. Finalizing your Purchase:
Successful high bidder MUST communicate with Walt Bowman at Instant Auto Sales Inc. by e-mail or phone at (423)593-5807 within 24 hours of the auction ending to make arrangements to complete their transaction. If we cannot confirm your intention to buy or the sale is not completed within 5 days, we reserve the right to relist this vehicle or sell to any other qualified buyer. In order to secure bid on vehicle, Successful bidder (BUYER) must within 24 hours of bid closing send to Seller a Deposit in the amount of $500 by PayPal ,major credit card, cash or bank certified funds. Rest of the funds will be required in 5 business days by wire transfer, Cashiers check or Certified check . Personal check has to be cleared before pickup or delivery or please call us before end of the auction for any other payment arrangements.
At the time or before the vehicle pickup, Buyer MUST fax copy of their State issued valid Driver License. Furthermore, before said vehicle is released for shipment to Buyer, proof insurance will be required all other Sale related and title related paperwork must be signed and returned complete to Seller.
VEHICLE PICKUP NOTICE
We require at least or minimum of 3 Days advance notice for the vehicle pick up after the conclusion of auction to cover vehicle detailing ,and to assign time for the transaction.
