I purchased this car from the original owner last year with 10k miles. I have the sticker showing a price of $52k originally. I am selling because I am getting married and while the car is amazing, it just does not work well if it is your only car and you need to pacify a wife. The car has 18k miles, and an extended warranty through Chrysler that lasts until Dec 2011. The catch is it cannot be transferred a 2nd time. Chrysler might still very well service the car for a new owner, and if you live near the San Diego area I will be happy to take the car in if it has any issues. It has yet to have any problems, as these cars are very solid. I added a full ram-air intake and a supercharger pulley to up the horsepower from an underrated 330 to nearly 400. The only noticeable differences are the sound from the intake as you hear the air sucking in, the louder whine of the supercharger, and the fact that you can now hang with or beat any car including the new m3’s, c63 amg, rs4, porches, cts-v, 370z, sti, evo, etc. This car will run a 12 second quarter mile. It should be noted the car was never raced and has been babied even with the upgrades performed. These upgrades cost over $1200. I also added a 7” Dual flip out navigation, dvd, sd card and mp3 touch screen head unit with top of the line Polk SR6500 Component Speakers, Kicker subwoofers mounted behind the seats so no space is taken, a bass remote mounted inside the cabin, and an MB Quart 4 channel amp mounted behind the passenger seat so as to not take up valuable trunk space. These upgrades after installation cost me over $2300. This car has had no accidents and was maintained by the dealership prior to my owning it as it was owned by the president of a dealership. I have used amsoil oil and mann filters, including replacing the cabin filter and fuel filter. There are some minor blemishes such as a little curb rash, a litlte bit of bolster wear on teh drivers side, and a few rock chips here and there, but no dings or dents. The car is in excellent condition for a 2005 vehicle. On Apr-27-10 at 15:05:42 PDT, seller added the following information: A few people have asked about the warranty: The car has the Maximum Care Chrysler Service Contract which cost over $4k. As I stated above, it ends Dec 2011, or 70k miles. It is a zero deductible plan with a rental allowance. I called my local dealership here in San Diego and they said as long as you bring the car in using my name the car will be covered. If you are concerned you should call your own dealership to verify this can be done, but I wouldn't forsee a problem based upon my own experiences.
