I am listing for sale, my 2007 Corvette ZO6. I special ordered this car, picked it up at the Corvette museum in Bowling Green and have been the only owner and driver. I am a 67 year old retired Aerospace executive and have carefully cared for this car and kept it in my garage. It has never been driven hard or far. I have owned 11 corvettes over the last 43 years including a 65 fuel injected 327, a 67 435 HP 427, a 91 ZR1 with dual overhead cams, and this car is by far the best one I've had. It drives perfect, looks like new, and has never been in the shop for any repairs or problems. I changed the oil immediately after the drive home from Bowling Green and have changed it every 3000 miles since. This is a third vehicle and it is driven sparingly. I'm selling it because I've reached the age where I no longer need or desire 3 cars. There is no reserve on the car so it will sell to the highest bidder. The car can be viewed, inspected, and driven at my home in Gulf Breeze, Florida, which is 3 miles from Pensacola. I've attached 24 photos including the original order form, the final settlement cost, the original window sticker, and the clear title. I will answer any questions or provide additional photos on request. Listed below are some specific details about the car followed by my specific requirements for bidding and payment. Please read these carefully. The car was ordered from Pete Moore Chevrolet in Pensacola Florida on November 11, 2006. It was picked up at the Corvette Museum in Bowling Green Kentucky on January 2, 2007. In addition to the standard ZO6 items the car has the 2LZ package which is listed on the window sticker. Please note that this car has the in dash 6 CD changer, not the GPS system which I didn't want. It also has the ZO6 Chrome Aluminum wheels. I have installed a jumper cable above the transmission which deletes the "1-to-4" shifting procedure without causing a "check engine" light. This was purchased from LG motorsports and is a simple jumper that fits between a factory cable connection and can be easily removed. I like to personally decide how to shift and not have the car tell me. The ZO6 has two straight pipes which bypass the muffler. These pipes have a butterfly flap which keeps them closed until the engine reaches 3500 rpm. I have installed a manual switch which allows the driver to open or close this pipes at the driver's option. This was purchased from LG motorsports. It fits between the seats and replaces a blank access panel. This can also be easily returned to original condition. Pictures are included showing the new access panel and switch with the original access panel and the installation/removal instructions from LG motorsports.. I personally like the sound at speeds below 3500 rpm. Immediately after purchasing the car, I installed additional window tinting to side and rear windows. Included with the car will be all paperwork, manuals, DVDs, etc. Warranty in effect until January 2012. Ask questions before you bid as any sale will be final. Make sure you can do this before you bid. The car will be available for local pickup immediately after payment. I have a clear title and can get it notorized 2 blocks from my home. Local pickup is required. I can deliver the car up to 100 miles from Gulf Breeze if prior arrangements are made.
