You are bidding on a 1972 Z28 prostreet camaro.This car has everything you need for the strip or the road. Lets start with the engine which is a 454 4 bolt main with all new H-series bearings ARP bolts and new freeze plugs.It is bored .040 over and freshly rebuilt with less than 200 miles on it. This power plant was rebuilt with a totally new rotary stroker kit which was balanced and consist of a forged 4340 crank, forged 4340 H-beam rods, solid roller comp cam, 2618 forged aluminum Keith Black 8.6:1 pistons. Its massive aluminum merlin "Grumpy Bill Jenkins" heads have all new comp double valve springs with titanium keepers and Crower stanless steel solid roller rocker arms. No timing chain on this puppy it is gear driven.The ignition is a 7AL2 ignition box with 7000 and 8000 RPM chips and also an MSD timing control box and a MSD distributor. With the stroker kit this engine is a huge 491ci and puts out 700+ horsepower. Sitting on top of the engine is a polished 671 blower with a holley 1050cfm carb and a Don Garlits bug catcher. The exhaust system starts with hooker comp headers with 4" collectors that connects to a set of flowmasters for an awesome sound. Nos is hosed up but is not connected but can be very easily. This power plant runs great on pump gas so no worries there. The tranny is a TH400 manual automatic valve body with a reverse shift pattern and has just been freashly rebuilt at the same time the engine was being rebuilt. This car has 4-way power disc brakes, aluminum foam filled 12 gallon fuel cell in the trunk,two holley fuel pumps, dual batteries, power steering, racing style seats, 4 point belt harness, roll gage, line lock, tranny brake and two 24 pound nos tanks mounted in the trunk. It has coil over with ladder bars narrowed 9 inch rearend with 456 gearing and a 4600 stall on the tranny. The paint on this car is less than two years old and looks great and the body is rust free and dent free. As you can see on the pics everything on the engine is either chrome or polished aluminum.Lots of extrtas on this car.
