Hello and welcome to another NO RESERVE eBay Auction listing from Short Motor Company! This is a gorgeous 2008 Chevrolet Corvette with only 45k original miles and has only had 1 local owner since new. Beautiful Crystal Claret Red paint with black leather interior. This car has the 6.2L LS3 V8 engine backed by the 6L80 6-speed automatic transmission. Normally this is where I'd tell you about the car's 430 horsepower and 4-second 0-60 time. BUT, this car has been significantly upgraded by 21st Century Muscle Car in Dallas so that it now produces 525 horsepower and 450 lb-ft of torque. Here is what was done to the car: - Hydraulic Roller Camshaft (slight lope at idle; sounds great)- Heavy Duty Double Valve Springs, Retainers, Locks, and Seals- Long Tube Stainless Headers, High Flow Cats, Crossover Pipe, and Electric Exhaust Cutouts (super quiet with the cutouts closed; nice loud rumble with the cutouts open)- Callaway Air Intake System- Ported and Polished Throttle Body- 160 Degree Thermostat- NGK V-Power Spark Plugs- Dyno Tune As if all that weren't enough, the stopping ability of this car was also upgraded by 21st Century Muscle Car with Brembo brake pads and drilled rotors. This car has never been raced or abused in any way. It has been owned since new by a local business owner in his 50's who just enjoyed it as a weekend cruiser. This car has always received top notch care and no expense was spared. The tires are Michelin Pilot Super Sport with excellent tread. The factory upgraded chrome wheels are perfect with no curb damage. The car drives perfect. It has been sitting in my storage and driven occasionally since I bought it. Right now is the first time I have offered the car for sale. It's such a nice car I wanted to have some time to enjoy it a little before selling it. I have other cars in my storage but this one is my favorite so I've put almost 500 miles on it, and it has been flawless. It runs and drives excellent. This car is ready to drive anywhere. This is a very clean and tight car. Everything on it works perfectly. No smells, no leaks, or anything else like that. No surprises. Everything about this car is exactly as you'd expect for 45k original miles. I have the clean and clear title in hand and ready for the buyer. The interior is immaculate. Never smoked in. No weird smells or anything like that - very well kept. The seats and all upholstery are in pristine condition and show virtually no wear at all. Everything works perfect, including the heads up display where you can project certain gauges onto the windshield. Loaded with options such as navigation, heated seats, and much more. All original books and manuals are present. The exterior is also gorgeous. All paint and body panels appear to be original. All the glass and trim look great. The targa top is removeable if you want to enjoy a nice day. The paint shines excellent. The exterior is in mint condition with no dents, dings, or scratches - beautiful car. Carfax says the car was in a minor accident in March of 2018 resulting in minor front damage and no airbags were deployed. I cannot find any evidence of any previous damage at all and I can't even tell that any panels were replaced. If the front bumper was replaced it must have been with a factory part because it looks original. All panel fitment, paint finish, etc is perfect and the car looks showroom new. The title is perfectly clean and clear. This Corvette is ready to be driven anywhere you want to take it.
