tubes and tires are replaced, rear has leak. Two problems, front brake doesn't work and not running. Has good compression and turns over but timing must be wrong; I can feel push back when kicking through. Most everything else works. I have Wisconsin title issued 2/11/2016 but vin numbers on bike have been messed up a little. Take a good look at the picture and the title, WI issued license on this but your state may not.
