This truck is a future collectible and certainly already desirable. It's a 1995 Chevrolet C1500 Sport. It's a fully loaded sport model with the regular cab and a stepside bed in 2 wheel drive. There are no signs of any accident damage and no rust. It has been owned by a friend of mine for the last three years and previous to that it was owned by myself for about a year. He just bought a brand new truck with a crew cab and there is nowhere to store this truck so it must go. This truck is the last of the simple Chevy trucks with the original small block engines and throttle body injection without the passenger side airbag. It's really cool old-school at this point being 24 years old. It's kind of rare being a factory Sport with factory installed fog lights and bucket seats with center console. there are no signs of any accident damage however the grill has been replaced at some point. There is also no rust of any kind anywhere on the truck. It runs and drives great and with a little work it would be virtually perfect. We'll start with the outside. it has some dings and dents and scratches and two small cracks in the fiberglass bedsides that could be an easy fix. The truck could use to be painted as it has been touched up here and there through the years but it looks pretty good from 10 ft away. It has nice aftermarket wheels on it that need a little polishing. I would score the exterior a 6 of 10. The interior is in pretty good condition for its age. There is normal wear on the carpet and seats. The gauge surround has a crack in it which happens in all of these trucks but it's perfectly usable as is and just need some freshening. I would rate the interior a 6 out of 10. Mechanically it's very good. It has been tuned up and had all new front suspension parts installed along with new tires in the past few years. every once in awhile when it's cold it's a little slow going into reverse but it's only a couple of seconds. It has done that for about 4 years and I've never been a significant problem. AC compressor was replaced three years ago but it has a minor leak in the seals behind the compressor which is an easy fix. The exhaust system was redone about a year ago and now exits in front of the passenger rear wheel. Mechanically I would rate it a 7 out of 10. Overall this truck is a good straight original rust free that is going to be very desirable someday. You can fly in and drive this one home without worry. It would make a great father-son project or a nice project to build a custom. Overall I would rate it a 6 out of 10. I'm offering this truck and absolutely no reserve bid to win!
