I have up for sale a ’74 Lotus Europa that has been in warehouse storage for over 24 years. This is a one owner vehicle. It has big valve twin cams with complete Zenith carburetors and only showing 36,500 miles. This car has the original engine and transmission, and everything is numbers matching. This could be an easy restoration. The frame seems to be solid, with just a little bit of surface rust and scale. The interior looks pretty nice. The seats look good as they are, only needing a little bit of clean-up. It will probably need a headliner, new carpet throughout, and a small amount of dash pad repair. The features on this car include, an upgraded stereo, electric windows, and an anti-theft unit. The wheels are not very fuzzy and are not pitted, but will also need a little bit of cleaning up. The glass is in good condition. As seen in pictures, the jack, tire tools and spare tire are all included and are inside of the trunk/engine compartments. On Hagerty.com the site prices the car as follows based on condition, for concours - $37,900, for excellent - $28,400, for good - $17,400, and fair - $11,400. On NADA Classic Car the site prices the car as follows based on condition, for high retail - $44,400, for average retail - $21,600, and for low retail – 8,550. With those prices stated on both Hagerty and NADA, you can see that where I have this car priced is very fair.
